american liberals investigate the political structure of china challenge
Stalinist, communist, authoritarian, dictatorship is the best one I’ve heard so far.
its great to see China’s success beginning to eclipse the US and the US shitting its pants terrified (and also no longer being able to deny its socialist character)
It’s great that even self-described Maoist cannot completely deny its socialist character. I’ve seen some fully embracing it even. Which is great, cause it means they’re not Maoists anymore by the modern (Gonzaloite) definition.
China’s socialist character of speculative markets, resource extraction from third world countries, exportation of capital towards third world countries to build up infrastructure to quicken resource extraction, the millionaires club within the CPC, the proletarian internationalism of siding against the DPRK and putting pressure on countries bordering the South China Sea to accept China’s hegemony over resources, these are all obvious elements of a socialist character.
